The Children’s Museum in Easton MA 2024
The Children’s Museum in Easton is an educational, cultural, and social learning center for children and families, with a primary focus on children ages 1-5.
They are located in an historic Old Fire Station in North Easton, MA. Our mission is to help children and families become life-long learners, using hands-on experience as the key to stimulating curiosity and motivating learning. With 3 floors of interactive exhibits and over 100 programs that allow kids to explore the world around them, They offer something for everyone!

Saturday and Sunday 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm

Space Station Exhibit at Children’s Museum
Blast off to space in our rocket ship and command center. Put on your astronaut suit and be transported to the cosmos. Learn about our galaxy, the planets and the solar system. Let your imagination take you away as you explore the limits of outer space.
STEAM Lab at Easton’s children’s museum
Ignite your child’s curiosity with the Flight Lab and loads of loose parts as they discover the laws of motion and the properties of wind, flight and gravity. Our STEAM exhibit encourages innovative thinking and skills.
MakerSpace at Easton’s children’s museum
Come invent, tinker, explore and discover using a variety of tools and materials. The playful atmosphere allows learning to unfold and builds understanding of science, technology, engineering, arts, math! If there is not a specific project planned for the day, let your child have the freedom to self-direct their own project! Rummage through the crates to find a mish-mash of objects ready to be turned into something amazing. Sit back and watch their imaginations come to life.
The Hospital Play Area at Easton’s children museum
Learn about our first responders and community helpers – firemen, EMT’s, doctors, nurses, and veterinarians – in our fully equipped hospital exhibit. Examine a broken bone, take care of newborn babies or bandage up the family pet. Just another day in the life of our do-gooders!
Dinosaur Den Exhibit at Easton’s Children Museum
Explore the Dinosaur Den with rock specimens, study slides of insects, snake skin, plant life under the Wentzscope, and touch real fossil tracks that are 200 million years old.
The Wild Place
In our certified Nature Explore Outdoor Learning Center, kids can learn about insects in the Butterfly Garden, uncover dinosaur bones in the Fossil Pit, harmonize with musical flowers, take a pic with Rising, the elephant, or cook in the dirt kitchen. Remember what childhood was like for you? We do! Let the “Wild Place” take your kids back to a simpler childhood!
Theatre
Buy your tickets for the brand new and fabulous Broadway show starring YOU! Create your own show or play with plenty of backdrops and props for a Tony Award-winning performance.
Twilight Room
Come explore the properties of light and color in our newest exhibit! Its a quiet place to soothe and calm with our sensory-friendly Marvelous Marble Wall. Relax and explore shapes and patterns with the Light Lab You’ll never want to go out in the sun again!
Kids Birthday Parties at Children’s Museum Easton
The Museum is a great place to celebrate your child’s birthday!
For kids, there is fun around every corner, while you can relax and enjoy yourself thanks to our experienced party staff.
Private Party Includes:
Full use of the Museum’s Exhibits and Facilities for 2 hours
Members of The Children’s Museum Easton receive a discount
Personal staff member to oversee your party
A private room for 30 minutes to serve your cake
Private Party-Saturdays or Sundays 10:00am to Noon or 4:30pm to 6:30pm
Private Parties are available Saturdays and Sundays from September to June. (See below for July and August party option.)
Up to 35 guests, combination of children over the age of 1 and adults.
We only seat children and there is comfortable seating for 15 children.
Cake only is allowed to be served during the 10 am to 12 Private Party.
Pizza and Cake is allowed to be served during the 4:30 and 6:30 Private Party. If serving pizza, delivery service is not an option. Pizza will need to be picked up before your room time or brought in upon your arrival. (Please do not bring coffee or any other food items inside CME as you will be asked to remove these.)
Party room time is 30 minutes: 10:45 am to 11:15 during 10 to 12 party and 5:15 to 5:45 pm during 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm party.
Party must be paid in full to confirm date and time. We can not hold party dates without payment. Please call CME at 508-230-3789 to pay over the phone with a credit card.
If a member of your family is ill the day of your party, we will certainly reschedule your party for another date.
