Day 709 2013 Annual Quincy Christmas Holiday Parade and Celebrations
The City of Quincy will host its annual slate of Christmas events beginning on Friday, November 29th  with the Turning on of the Christmas Lights. Santa and his elves will arrive by parachute on November 30th  and the 61st Annual Christmas Parade will be held on Sunday, December 1st  at 12:30. All events are free and open to the public.Â

Spend the evening getting into the holiday spirit. Free activities for the whole family!
The events will be on McIntyre Mall at Quincy City Hall (look for the tents!!)
Kids can write a their letter to Santa and mail it in Santa’s special mailbox!
Free hot chocolate and popcorn!
Strolling Victorian Carolers
Strolling costumed characters with an appearance of a very special guest!

Hancock Street Parade Route
The parade route begins at the intersection of Hancock Street and the Walter J. Hannon Parkway and runs up Hancock Street to North Quincy.
