Are you looking for a little adventure during the cold winter months, then you should check out indoor rock climbing at Lighthouse fitness in Plymouth MA.

Indoor Rock Climbing is a sport that can be enjoyed by all ages, men and women.  Climbing develops agility, core strength, coordination, and a sense of accomplishment.  Climbing also challenges the mind as the climber uses problem solving to figure out ways to “reach the top”.  Never boring, indoor rock climbing is a challenging and exciting workout and is included in all memberships at Lighthouse.

With 16 top ropes and over 300 vertical routes, Lighthouse Fitness is the best place on the South Shore for indoor rock climbing. The six different wall faces boast overhangs, arêtes, chimneys, an inversion, and countless bouldering problems and have multiple challenges for every ability level. They have classes on how to handle these challenges.

Climb Fee: $10
Equipment Rentals: $3 for Harness, $3 for Shoes
Belayer: $15 Per Hour

Lighthouse fitness has has a 90 foot zip line course as well! I know for many that is on their bucket lists so it would be pretty cool to try out.

After school programs for kids 

Designed as a comprehensive introduction to adventure activities, this after school adventure based program will explore a wide variety of problem solving, trust building, and risk taking activities in a fun filled environment. By introducing new obstacles and challenges on a weekly basis, this program will focus on helping kids achieve their goals and excel beyond their expectations. Whether its soaring down the 90 foot indoor zip-line, stacking crates up to 20 feet high or climbing on and across the indoor rock wall, this program will utilize innovative adventure activities to challenge the individual both physically and mentally.

Birthday parties

You can plan to have your child’s birthday party at Lighthouse fitness! Let them deal with them mess. The kids can climb and then have pizza in the party room.
