Brockton Veteran’s Day Parade 2012Â
Brockton’s annual Veterans’ Day Parade will be held Sunday, November . 11th.The parade will start in front of the War Memorial Building, 156 West Elm St. at 11:30 a.m. The parade route will continue west, turning left onto Newbury Street toward Belmont Street. The procession will turn left onto Belmont Street toward Main Street, then turn left onto Main Street, then right onto Crescent Street. The parade will then proceed down VFW Parkway toward City Hall Plaza. A brief ceremony will follow the parade. The parade will be held concurrently with the War Memorial Building Open House, which begins at 10:30 a.m.
Abington, Rockland and Whitman Tri Town Veteran’s Day parade
The Tri-Town Veteran’s Day parade for Abington, Whitman and Rockland is scheduled for Sunday, November . 11 at 1 p.m. Abington will be the Host Town for this year’s parade. The parade begins at the Abington Police Station/Highway Dept. and will end at Railroad St. in North  Abington MA
Quincy Veterans Day Parade
Sunday November 11, 2012 1:00 PM
Starts at Scammell Street & Quincy Ave then proceeds down Hancock Street to the Adams Academy where the Veterans’ Day Ceremonies will be held.
The Guest Speaker will be George Nicholson, Sr. Vice Commander of the Quincy Veterans Council. Mayor Koch will bring the Greetings of the City. John Reake, Veterans’ Council Chaplain, will give the Invocation. Benediction will be given by Joseph Brooker, Assistant Chaplain of the Quincy Veterans’ Council.
In case of inclement weather, the ceremonies will be held in the gymnasium of Quincy High School. Please use the Russell Park Entrance.

Duxbury Veteran’s Day CeremonyÂ
Monument Dedication: 11 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, at the Duxbury American Legion post, 5 West St. The post will hold a ceremony to dedicate the new War on Terrorism Monument, which honors Lt. Timothy Steele and the other men and women who have lost their lives in the war on terrorism. Steele was killed in action in Afghanistan. Memorials to men and women who served in Grenada and the Gulf Wars will also be dedicated.
Cohasset Veteran’s Day CeremonyÂ
Ceremony: 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, at the veterans memorial in Cohasset Harbor. For more information, call 617-697-2276.
Veterans Summit: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, in the Cohasset Town Hall auditorium. Representatives will be present to answer questions for members of all branches of the military. For more information, call Col. Edward S. Graham at 781-383-9324.

Ceremony: 9 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, in the center of town.
Hanover Veteran’s Day breakfast celebrations
Breakfast: 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, at the senior center, 665 Center St. The cost is $5; free for veterans. At 10 a.m., there will be a patriotic sing-along led by entertainer Sigy Moller, followed by recognition of veterans. For reservations, call 781-924-1913.
Hanson Veteran’s Day ceremonyÂ
Breakfast:10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9, at the senior center, 655 Center St. A ceremony will follow at 11 a.m. The Swinging Singers, the center’s choral group, will perform. For more information, call Mary Collins at 781-293-2683.
Hingham Veteran’s day breakfast celebrationÂ
Breakfast: 8 to 10 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, at the senior center. The event is open to veterans and their families.
FREE Veterans Day Cruise- From Quincy & Boston
Date: Sunday, November 11th, 2012 From Quincy Shipyard at 10:15am, returning 2:30pm, Also departing from Long Wharf Boston at 11:00am  returning 2:00pm
