JUST IN! THE CIRCUS HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL MARCH 9 DUE TO WEATHER. The circus trucks travel from New York and the Berkshire area and they are expecting 15-20 inches of snow. For the safety of our Yankee Doodle Circus friends we have postponed.

The Yankee Doodle Circus is coming to town on Saturday February 15 ^th  in Holbrook MA for 3 great  shows.  The Yankee Doodle Circus offers clowns, ponies and acrobatic puppies, and is coming  to Holbrook as a fundraiser for the Holbrook Junior/Senior High School Parents Group.  It is a perfect way to kick off February school vacation week!

Joanne Wilson’s Wonder Dogs are a mad-cap group of clever canines who present a fast-paced routine, it’s obvious they enjoy the spotlight. The Wonder Dogs join Yankee Doodle Circus after a successful tour with the Broadway musical, “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang”. One of the Wonder Dogs played the role of Edison the special pet of the befuddled inventor.

The Amazing Sladek balances on a stack of chairs 18 feet in the air. Acrobats, jugglers and magicians will add to the excitement of the circus experience. “We’re the kid-friendly circus because the children will be entertained without being overwhelmed.” says Mike Naughton, circus owner. “However, my show will entertain every member of the family, from the toddlers to their grandparents and everyone in between.” “This is our brand-new production. I started the circus 28 years ago; I have the best job in the world because I go to the circus every day. I’ll never retire. Never.”

Proceeds will enable the parents group to continue activities such as funding the annual $250 scholarship for a graduating Holbrook High senior. The parent group also funds classroom projects, purchases technology for classrooms, supplies lab equipment for science classes, and brings academic enrichment programs to Holbrook.
