Family Movement and Mindfulness at Braintree Library 1015am
Join Jennifer Lynn of Nurtured Roots for a weekly session hosted by Thayer Public Library for children ages 1–5 years old and their caregivers. Each class features playful movement, gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and time to relax and find stillness. These activities help children learn how to focus, stay calm, and build emotional awareness, all while having fun and building connections. Siblings welcome. repeats thru April 15th

Baby and Me Movement and Mindfulness In 11am
Thayer Public Library hosts experienced instructor Jennifer Lynn in this warm and supportive environment for parents and caregivers to connect with their newborns and infants through gentle movement and songs. Class is for newborn babies to pre-crawling with their parent or caregiver. No registration needed. Program is free. Music and Sensory Awareness program for ages 2.9 to 4 years at Braintree Library 11:05am
Music and Sensory Awareness program presented by Sing Explore Create. This special music class is only for children ages 2.9 to 4 years and their caregiver/family . Registration is required ahead, and opens on Monday, Jan. 26.
Before and after the music class, several local Early Childhood specialists, from the Braintree Public Schools Integrated Preschool and the Quincy Braintree Family Network, will have a table showing resources and educational materials. Please choose just one date from the February to June series, so that other families may attend. Each class is limited to 10 families.

Toddlers on the Move is 60 minutes in the Children’s Program Room with Cozy Coupes, Steering Wheelies and Animal Hoppers. A great way for your toddler to burn off some energy while learning how to share our toys.
