Saint Jerome School in  Weymouth  will be hosting  Designer Purse Bingo on Saturday March 10th 7-1030am.   This is the perfect Girls night out event!   Grab your sisters, girlfriends and have some fun.  

What is Purse Bingo

This isn’t your grandmother’s BINGO! Loringo Designer Purse Bingo is a fun-filled girls’ night where winners get fabulous designer purses. The evening will feature games, raffles, desserts, bingo and wine and beer available for purchase. There will be 10 games played, each with a prize of a new, genuine designer purse such as Coach, Kate Spade, Valentino, Michael Kors, Vera Bradley, Tory Burch and Dooney and Bourke.

“Our cousins in the Philadelphia area have been telling us about how much fun they have at their designer purse bingo nights and we thought it would be a great idea to bring it to the South Shore. Not only does it raise money for the school, but it’s a fun night for friends to get together,” said Julie Fry, president of the SJS Parent Council.

In addition to ten games of bingo, the evening will also feature games throughout the night such as “Price Is Right”, “Family Feud”, “Let’s Make a Deal” and more. The evening is supported by local businesses such as Staples, The Fresh Market, Elements Spa, Yankee Candle, Sam Adams, East Coast Martial Arts Academy and more. Prizes for games include gift certificates, baskets, products and more.

Loringo

The evening will also honor the memory of Lorelyn Ann Brooks. “Our mother, Lorelyn Ann Brooks, loved playing Bingo at St. Paula’s Hall at St. Jerome’s. She would go there on Thursday nights with her friends and even took her children when they turned 18. (The foundation St. Jerome School provided our family both educationally and morally has stayed with us forever. We look back at those years and have the fondest memories of friendship, family and community,” said Michael Brooks, son of Lorelyn.

Last year’s first Loringo event raised over $16,000 for the school which helped fund SJS’s Art and Science Center. All proceeds from the nights’ activities will go to benefit Saint Jerome School general scholarship fund.

Tickets for the event are $30 per person which includes admission for one person and 10 game cards (1 for each game). Attendees can also purchase a table of eight for $200. Additional cards, raffles and more available for purchase.
There will be a wine and beer cash bar; this is a 21+ event.
