The 2024 Downtown Plymouth Waterfront Festival will be held on Saturday August 24th  from 10-6pm . Plymouth’s waterfront for live entertainment, a kids fun-zone, car show, sing-off, a ducky dash, craft and artisan booths, food vendors, and more

Road closures and parking restrictions will be in place as noted in below. All residents and visitors to the area should expect traffic delays and make necessary arrangements ahead of time to avoid unnecessary transit through the area.
Parking Restrictions:
• There will be “No Overnight Parking” allowed on both sides of Water Street from the Rotary to Union Street beginning at 12AM on 8/24/24.
• There is “No Parking” on North Street between Carver Street and Water Street beginning at 12AM.
• There is “No Parking” in both turn-a-rounds on Water Street at Pilgrim Memorial Park beginning at 12AM.
All parking rerstrictions will be clearly posted on DPW barrels or signage. Any vehicle found parked in violation will be ticketed and towed beginning at 5AM on 8/24/24.
Road Closures:
• Water Street from Union Street to Brewster Street will be closed from 6AM – 10PM.
• Water Street from Memorial Drive to Brewster Street will be closed from 7AM – 6PM.
• Brewster Street, Howland Street, and Chilton Street will be closed to through traffic from 7AM – 6PM.
• North Street from Carver Street to Water Street will be closed from 6AM – 10PM.
The public parking lot behind Memorial Hall will remain open to the public from the Rotary with all traffc exiting to Court Street. All parking restrictions will coincide with the applicable hours of road closures as noted above.
Vehicle access to Water Street businesses within the affected area will be severely limited. Staff and Patrons should plan accordingly.
