Sing Explore Create, LLC, located in Hanover MA is dedicated to enhancing well-being through a diverse range of center-based services.
Our programs at our Music Therapy and Creative Arts Wellness Center are inclusive and designed for individuals of all ages, fostering a supportive community where creativity and personal growth flourish. Through music therapy, creative arts, and group workshops, we provide opportunities for self-expression, improving emotional wellbeing, and skill development. All of our groups and sessions are facilitated by board certified music therapists who tailor their approaches to meet each person’s unique needs.
In addition to family music and community arts events, we are proud to offer specialized programs for individuals with various mental health needs and disabilities, including autism, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. These programs center on mental health and social-emotional learning. Students work on learning how to manage big feelings and emotions, anxiety, and gain coping skills in a safe and inclusive environment while building their own community.

A.B.C. Play! (Ages 2.9-5)
Sing Explore Create, LLC and Leading Therapy Home collaborate to provide a unique and supportive play opportunity for children ages 2.9-5! Facilitated by a board-certified music therapist (from
Sing Explore Create’s team), a speech language pathologist and an occupational therapist (from Leading Therapy Home’s team), this group is a 2-hour integrated playgroup in a supportive environment that focuses on healthy child development, play, and making new friends! Family Music (Ages 0-3)
Take a moment each week to play and get creative with your little one! Learn ways to foster creativity and support healthy development through music and play. There will be lots of drumming, dancing, movement props,

For neurodivergent students and those with disabilities. Students will connect with peers, develop social/communication skills, and have a fun space to creatively express themselves. Developmentally appropriate activities will focus on increasing ability to attend, taking turns, communication skills, self expression, and self regulation. We’ll guide the group through drumming,
singing, songwriting, playing instruments, movement and music games! No experience necessary! More information and registration can be found at

Using music, art, movement, games, stories and play, we will build confidence and introduce strategies for dealing with big feelings in a fun and developmentally appropriate way. Students will take part in activities that get our bodies moving and give opportunities for them to express themselves through music and other creative arts. Each week, we will lead students through music and creative arts activities designed to teach strategies to help students express themselves in safe and productive ways as well as calm their mind and bodies when they feel overwhelmed. Activities are presented in a fun way that encourages students to engage and participate, while also socializing with other kids. Students will exercise their creativity and build confidence while participating in group discussions, drumming, songwriting, painting, drawing, listening to music, playing games, etc. More information and registration can be found at
