Come to a Penguin – themed Storytime at South Shore Mall. We’ll be located in the Play area near the Food Court, on the second level. Everyone receives a Take-and-Make Penguin Craft.

Pembroke Library Storytime 1030am
Toddlers (ages 2 to 5) and their caregivers can enjoy an interactive storytime with songs, dances, and a story that encourages language development and social skills. Each themed storytime is followed by a craft. Repeats weekly except for Monday holidays

Abington Library Toddler drop in storytime & play 1030am Join Miss Sandy (or Miss Heidi, or Mrs. Grimmett) every Monday morning at 10:30 AM this fall for our drop-in toddler time program! Toddler Time is a 20-minute program consisting of short stories, songs, scarf waving, egg shaking, and a puppet visit. This program is best suited for children ages 0-3. Monday Drop-In Toddler Time is on any Monday we are open. Our Toddler Times are funded by the Friends of the Library.

Kids Yoga at Hanover Library 11am Miss Christine from Little Bee Yoga Co. is excited to share the magic of yoga with John Curtis Library families!! Partner with your little yogi in super fun poses, games, music, stories, breathing exercises, meditation, and guided relaxations that help to strengthen their bodies, minds and souls… We’ll bark in downward dog, meow in cat pose and roar in lion pose while we take a yoga journey that you and your child will never forget! This fun class provides a beautiful bonding experience between the adult and child. Each class is 45 minutes. The class is geared toward children ages three to six years, but all ages are welcome to participate. Please bring a yoga mat or towel. Best for mobile toddlers, Wiggleworms features songs, rhymes, and a story or two to keep little ones engaged. Join Miss Alyisha every Tuesday at 10:30 AM in the Children’s Room. Storytime runs for about 30 minutes. No registration required and all families are welcome! On especially nice days, when the weather is clear and crisp, we may move outside to the Garden. Hanson Library LEGO Builders Club (Ages 4-12)
4:00—5:00 PM Calling all master builders! Join us to create with LEGOs and connect with new friends. You’ll be presented with a different challenge each week, and your creation will be displayed in our lobby cases. This week’s challenge: Make a LEGO snowman or snowflake.This is not a librarian led program. Young children must be supervised by an assigned caregiver at all times.

Canton Library Story Time 4:00—4:30 PM

Quincy Library Art in the Evening for Ages 2-5 630pm Kids and their grownups are invited to join us for “Art in the Evening” at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, January 7th in the Children’s Room to make a 3D painting with puffy paint. This program is for adults and children together. All grownups must be accompanied by a child. Bridgewater Library Puppet Story Time with Leigh Baltzer 1030am Through Me To You Puppetry invites you to join Newton and the gang for Puppet Story Time! Newton and his puppet friends take turns reading stories and singing songs with the kids. At the end of the 30-minute show, the kids are invited to say hi to Newton and give him a high-five. They can even stay after the show to play with some of Newton’s puppets during a hands-on Puppet Free Play session!

Quincy Library OPen Toy Time 10am Come to the library for a free playtime session with your baby, ages 9- 23 months full of age appropriate toys and activities plus socializing with other children and caregivers. A fun time for all and a chance to practice large and small muscle development. This program will meet in the large meeting room from 10:00 – 11:00 am on Thursday, January 9th, Saturday, January 18th and Thursday January 23rd. Join us once, twice or all three times for some fun indoor play!This program is for children ages 9 – 23 months accompanied by an adult.
