Puppets & Story time

Looking to check out My Gym Kingston! We are excited to offer a Puppets & Story time being held on Tuesday May 13th from 11:15-12:00. Pre-registration is required to save your spot. This activity is great for children 8mths-5 yrs old. Adult participation is required. We will play, sing songs, hold fun puppet shows and read a story:)

Ongoing Classes 

Waddlers 8m – 23m

We LOVE our Waddlers! ♥♥♥ This program is so much fun for both parent and child as we work on beginning stretches and exercises, songs and dances, and balance and agility skills. Your little ones will have a blast discovering their natural abilities while our curriculum enhances their physical and cognitive growth.

Throughout this program, we gently introduce new and stimulating activities to promote your babies’ natural development. You’ll see your infants become stronger with increased hand, arm, and trunk control, which leads to some of their biggest milestones like crawling and, eventually, walking. 🥰🥰🥰 We take great care to nurture each parent/child unit according to their specific needs.

Siblings & Friends Class 8m – 3y 8m

Siblings & Friends Class
Siblings will enjoy this wonderful program together in the same class. ☺☺☺ Emphasis is on sharing, taking turns, teamwork and building the relationship. The older of the two siblings has an excellent opportunity to participate within the “big brother” or “big sister” role that they love so much. Relays, puppets, gymnastics, games, swings and special rides are just a few of the activities performed in each and every class.

(Siblings must be enrolled to participate in this class) It is also great for children that do not have siblings to enroll for this class.

Gymsters 2y – 2y 9m

This class is a parent Participation class. The gross motor abilities of early 2-year-olds are often characterized by more confident running and jumping on two feet as well as an overall improved spatial awareness of their bodies. This is the earliest age group with which we work on fine and gross manipulatives in a structured format, as the 2 to 2½-year-old’s attention span grows, allowing the child to focus for longer periods of time.

During this engaging class, the youngsters are elated as they sing, dance, swing, play games, watch puppet shows, take turns on special rides, and have “Surprise Time!” Our Gymsters feel great about themselves as they learn gymnastics in a constantly changing program with fresh ingredients and new equipment setups each week.

Terrific Tots 2y 10m – 3y 7m

Terrific Tots are TERRIFIC!!! 😊😊😊 In addition to having a blast with structured activities and games, your child will gain skills needed as involvement in team sports gets closer. Our curriculum will improve your child’s fine and gross motor proficiency while increasing strength and agility.

Our caring teachers will build up your little one’s confidence and self-esteem with gentle encouragement to complete activities a bit more independently. This helps our Tots develop social skills, learn to follow directions, and cooperate in a group of their peers. ♥♥♥ This is a Parent Involvement class.

Summer 2025

If you are currently enrolled nothing changes just keep attending your scheduled class!  If you have a schedule change or your child needs to move up to another class, you can do that online or email us with questions.  You can enroll to start at any point in a class as long as there is space.

Our Summer Drop Off Program will run in addition to our parent involvement classes.

The Summer Drop off is for ages 2.10-8 yrs old. (Potty trained Please) Starts June 23rd.

It is a 2 1/2 hr. drop off, where we play games, run relays, tumble and run a ton of fun age-appropriate activities to keep the children busy and having fun.   It is different every day with a creative fun art project.

In addition to our standard (fabulous!) My Gym games, activities, rides, and circle-time fun, we invite you and your child to actively participate in designing the program of your dreams. Got song requests? Awesome! Have a favorite game? We’ll play it! Working with a theme? We do it all day, every day! We love nothing more than making your birthday wishes come true.
