This program for two- and three-year-olds and their caregivers introduces simple stories and concepts to young children. Songs, rhymes, fingerplays, and felt board activities will be used to reinforce concepts. In the event that Quincy Public Schools close due to snow, our library programs will also be canceled. Setsubun: A Traditional Japanese at Braintree Library 10amSetsubun is a traditional Japanese event in February to celebrate New Year’s happiness and health. Join Miss Sandy for toddler time every Monday morning this Fall! Toddler time is 20 minutes of quick stories, songs, puppet visits, scarf waving, egg shaking, and a whole lot of fun! Braintree Library Monday at the Mall Valentines Theme Storytime for Children
Monday at the Mall Storytime is held at the South Shore Plaza in the play area of the Food Court on the Second Level. Miss Elisabeth presents books and songs. Today’s program will have a Valentine’s theme . Everyone receives a Take-and-Make bag to make a Valentine for someone special. Miss Elisabeth presents Storytime at the Mall at the South Shore Plaza on the first Monday of the month through May. Easy parking and access is from the South Shore Plaza parking garage near Target. Park on the second floor. Families can walk straight in to the Food Court’s play area, no elevator or escalator needed.
