Day 223 Free International Multicultural Fair in Duxbury, MA

Bay Farm Montessori Academy  in Duxbury  will be holding the  Second Annual Inter­na­tional Fair to be held on Sunday, June 5th .   Families are invited to come and enjoy a day filled with international flavors and artis­tic beauty from around the world.  The festival will feature exhibits offering multicultural arts, crafts, merchandise, fun games, children’s activities, international cuisine, and performances by a variety of artists. 

Performance Program 10-3pm 

10:00 – 11:00 AM Africa, Australia, Oceania Presentations by Bay Farm Elementary Students

10:00 – 11:00 AM All One Tribe: African & American Teenagers, Multimedia Presentation

11:00 – 11:40 AM Celebrate the Differences: Traditional songs and dance from Australia and Africa

11:40 – 11:55 AM En Mi Casa, Children’s Songs in Spanish performed

11:55 – 12:10 PM Tango, Salsa, & Swing performed by Fred Astaire Dance Studio, Plymouth

12:00 – 12:30 PM Bilingual Musikgarten Sample Class for Toddlers taught by Dunja Pechstein from Musikgarten Boston

12:10 – 12:15 PM Dabkey Traditional Folk Dance performed by Lebanese Dance Group

12:15 – 12:20 PM Mexican Dance performed by ESPEN

12:20 – 12:30 PM Martial Arts performed by students of Thurston Academy of Martial Arts

12:30 – 12:45 PM Kids Yoga Sample Class taught by Dave Lempert from Kingsbury Club & Spa

12:30 – 12:45 PM 16th & 17th Century Music from Germany & Britain performed by Duxbury Recorder Ensemble
