Day 227 Dedham Square Music and Art Festival -free
 
Grab your lawn chair and picnic blanket for a day of live music! The Dedham Square Music and Art Festival – will be held this Saturday June 11th . It is a free  community event with musical performances from some of the area’s best talent! The Music & Art Festival will be held on the field behind the Dedham Community House at 671 High Street, Dedham, MA 02026.

 In addition to the musical lineup, the festival will include an artists’ tent with approximately two dozen artisans, including photographers, sculptors, painters, jewelry makers, and others. There will be games and activities for children. Radio station  92.9 will be on hand to help host the event. Event parking is plentiful and free, and food will be available on-site, including healthy options from local restaurant b.good.
New this year! The town of Dedham’s Environmental Department and Sustainability Advisory Committee will be bringing a green component to the festival! From 12 to 4 pm environmentally concious vendors and organizations will be on hand to help educate and engage local residents on the benefits of sustainability.
Bring friends, family, and neighbors (and a blanket or chairs) to the field behind the Dedham Community House for a day full of music, art, kids’ activities and more!  An outdoor music concert  is a great way to spend a weekend day during the summer!
