Day 257 Carver Old Home Day free family festival
If you are looking for a fun free family activity this weekend, then you should head to Carver. Carver Old Home day family festival will be held this Saturday July 30th Held at Shurtleff Park on Route 58 across from the Carver Town Hall. Admission to the park is free of charge. There are many different events being held to entertainment people of all ages. Activities will be taking place from 9-1pm
- Horseshoe Tournament ~ Double elimination tournament arrive at 8:00 am Shurtleff Park
- Doll Carriage Parade ~ Children decorated their bicycles, wagons, and doll carriages arrive by 10:00 am with bikes/carriages decorated to sign in for the 10:30 parade.
- Classic Car Cruise ~ Antique and Classic Cars come together at the town hall, then cruise at 11:00 am! Music will be provided by Hard Case Rock. Arrive at 10:00 am at the Carver Town Hall parking lot, for more info contact Dan Oliveira at 508-866-9289. Trophies and Dash Placques!!Â
- Juried Art Show ~ Sign up on the Morning of July 30th.
- Craft  show
- Live Music ~ We will enjoy the patriotic sounds of a The Legion “Bud†Band followed by the fun music of The Three Amigos at Shurtleff Park. Hard Case Rock will entertain in the Town Hall Parking lot for the Car Cruise.
- Children’s Activities ~ A Rock Climbing Wall, a Bouncer, Face Painting, Pony Rides, Drumming Hands with Tony Fonseca, Magic Show with Skip Daniels, and many other activities for children during the day, come and enjoy!
