Day 264 Yoga,Zumba and Dance at Energy Studios in Weymouth MA
The beginning of the school year is a great time to get into a new healthier lifestyle for both moms, dads and kids! There is a new yoga and wellness studio Energy Studio in Weymouth MA They offer classes for both adults and children including Zumba, Yoga and Pilates.
Petit Papillon Yoga which specializes in creative movement based yoga classes for children and families, will be holding 2 open houses at the Energy Studio. With over 15 years of experience teaching children of all ages, Director Julie Sullivan brings a unique blend of creative movement, game-based learning and yoga principles to all her classes. Come meet Julie and other Petit Papillon Yoga instructors and experience their passion!  Special needs yoga is available. Inclusive Yoga†(for children with special needs, boys and girls ages 5+)  This class is designed with the special needs of kids with autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy and other developmental delays and physical challenges in mind.  Yoga provides a gentle, comforting way for kids to be physically active.  This class will help teach them breathing techniques and poses that can help calm and soothe them.

Saturday, August 27, from 11am-1pm (FREE kid’s yoga demo class at 11:30am).
Your child can also have their  zumba or hip hop birthday party at Energy Studio in Weymouth . Energy Studio will be giving away a free kids birthday party for one of the “Fans†of 365 things to do on the South shore by 5pm eastern on Wednesday August 17th.
- 1.5 hrs private use of the studio (45 mins of dance & games, 45 mins for pizza, cake & presents)
- Invitations for your guests
- Party planner & instructor to run class and festivities
- Paper products (table cloth, plates, napkins & utensils NOTE: we do not supply cups as we recommend that you bring your own individually packaged beverages)
- 2 cheese pizzas
- Zumba bracelets or cool hip hop sunglasses for guests

- Includes set up & clean up
- Minimum of 10 participants
- Cost for 10 participants is $185 (each additional participant is $15)
- Each additional 1/2 hr of time is $25
