Day 373 Doubt play at Curtain Call Theater in Braintree MA
Curtain Call theater in Braintree will be presenting the award winning play Doubt the weekend of March 3 & 4 and March 8,9 & 10th.   Doubt: A Parable is a 2004 play by John Patrick Shanley. Originally staged off-Broadway at the Manhattan Theatre Club and the play  transferred to Broadway in March 2005 . The play won the 2005 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and Tony Award for Best Play. Doubt was also an Academy award nominate movie in 2007 staring Meryl Streep and Amy Adams. 
The play is set in the fictional St. Nicholas Church School, in the Bronx, during the fall of 1964. It opens with a sermon by Father Flynn, a beloved and progressive parish priest, addressing the importance of uncertainty
