Day 376 Taste of Metro South in Brockton MA
If you are a food lover then you need to check out the Taste of Metro South which you will be able to check out many local restaurants tasty entrees and desserts.  The event is sponsored y the Metro South Chamber of Commerce will be held on Wednesday evening March 21st from 5:30-8:00pm at the Shaws Center in Brockton.
The lineup will feature over 55 local  restaurants, bakeries and breweries from in and around Brockton.  The Black Irish Grille of Bridgewater will be serving  Beef Carpaccio, Stuffed Mushrooms, Spicy Crab Sushi. At the Burritos Wraps of Boston you can taste Taquitos, Chips and Salsa. Christos of Brockton will be serving their famous Greek salad.  McGuiggian of Whitman will have an Irish specialty Shepherd’s Pie.  Looking for desert there will be several bakery serving cake and cupcakes including Montillos.  You can wash everything down with one of Blue Hills Brewery newly released spring beers.
Entertainment will include the U.S. Navy Show Band and Dixieland Band, Brockton High School Jazz Band, Brockton Symphony Orchestra Quartet and Rob Peters Entertainment.
Tickets are $35 and can be purchased online , or at the Chamber of Commerce, The Shaw’s Center or the Shaw’s supermarket at 641 Belmont St Brockton   Tickets can not be purchased at the door.
