Day 450 Hanover Fire Department Touch a Truck and Family Fun Day 2012
The Hanover Fire Department will will hosting a Family fun day and Touch a Truck event at Sylvester Field on Route 139  on Saturday September 22nd from 10-3pm.
All sorts of trucks for the kids to check out! At the  Touch-A-Truck, event   kids  will be able to get up close to the large vehicles they may frequently see on the roadways. Children will have opportunity to climb into and/or on vehicles and to talk with the drivers. They will learn about the vehicles and pedestrian safety around large vehicles. Touch-A-Truck provides families with a hands-on educational experience about their community.There will be other things to do besides the trucks, there will be jumpy bouncy houses, helicopter landings, a K-9 demonstration and food!   Hanover MA Fire Deparment Touch a truck and family fun day south shore
Admission is $3.00 per person or $5.00Â for 2 people. This will be held in the memory of Hanover Firefighter Tom Boucher and all proceeds will go directly to the American Liver Foundation in his name.
