Amber Road Cafe  Restaurant in Canton MA is a hidden gem with the fresh ingredients that they use to make the food. Breakfast is the main draw at this well-kept cafe, but whether you are in the mood for breakfast, lunch or brunch, you are sure to find something (or more likely, a number of things) on the menu to satisfy your craving. 
Since the cafe openned several years ago, alot of the local say that Amber Road Cafe  has the best breakfast in Canton. The Amber Omelet is overloaded with smoked bacon, melted cheese, baby spinach and tomatoes. French toast is stuffed with Brie and topped with apple cranberry walnut chutney. . They make their corned beef hash from scratch – you can see the little bits of corned beef forked apart. Nothing from a can here!  Amber Road also  has great pancake specials  including gingerbread pancake during the holidays and pumpkin pancakes in the fall months.
