Fuji 1546, is  4,000 square foot, 112-seat restaurant, with the longest bar in the city of Quincy  . Loyal customers followed from the original  Fuji Restaurant and have been joined by many satisfied new guests  over the years. The Quincy center locations featured 3 flat screen televisions , above Quincy’s longest bar, and a large projection screen in the main dining room, making Fuji 1546 “The Place To Be†to catch any of the local sports team.
If you are looking for quick lunch they do have some lunch specials from 11:30-3pm where most entrée and sushi dishes are under $10  Their dinner menu is much more expansive
The sushi and sashimi here reveal the freshest, top-quality fish. You can order appetizer sizes or entrees. For the latter, try the hamachi sashimi which includes several pieces of velvety yellowtail tuna, or the maguro sashimi which is a flavorful tuna.  They also have beef and chicken dishes if you want to move beyond the traditional sushi meals They also have good selection of drinks including Saketini’s  Tequilantini, Martini and scorpion bowls
