42 Degrees North Restaurant & Lounge is located in the Mamonet section of Plymouth  MA  named  for the latitude coordinate of its location  It the newest dining spot by South Shore restaurateur Kevin Hynes (owner of Inn at Bay Point in Quincy and Stockholders in Weymouth)  which  opened its doors in June of 2012 and is destination spot for the freshest local and exotic seafood, perfectly grilled steaks and a creatively executed menu in Plymouth.  They are finishing up their outdoor bar and patio
The  42 Degrees  North Restaurant’ menu  features an array of both fish and beef dishes as well as a wide selection of pasta, chicken, soups and salads. For seafood lovers, they offer  the “42º North Fish Market Menu”, a separate selection above and beyond the normal daily menus, that boasts a variety of fresh fish that can be prepared to your specifications. The seafood offered on any given day depends on seasonality and availability and will change on a daily basis depending on what the fishermen can supply, just like an actual fish market. The emphasis at 42º North is on freshness and quality and providing sizeable portions at reasonable prices.  They also have Sunday brunch from 10-2pm.
Open for Lunch & Dinner daily at 11:30am. Lunch is served until 4:00pm everyday. Dinner is served until 10:00pm Sunday-Thursday and until 11:00pm on Friday & Saturday. The bar is open late every night and until 1:00am on Friday & Saturday. Live entertainment 8:30pm-12:00am Friday & Saturday. Â 42 Degrees is a great place for a girls night out
