Day 611 Scituate Knights of Columbus Summer Carnival 2013
The Scituate Knights of Columbus will be hosting their annual summer  carnival Tuesday July 9th through Saturday July  13th . Tuesday-Thursday, 7 P.M. to 11 P.M., Friday and Saturday, 7 P.M. to Midnight at  Cole . Parkway  Scituate harbor.   The Scituate Knights of Columbus have held the carnival for  60  years. The event has become one of Scituate’s yearly traditions and a favorite pastime among children and adults alike. First introduced to town in 1953, the carnival is one of the Knights’ biggest annual fundraisers.
This year’s carnival has everything from a large slide and carousel for younger children to The Cyclone — which is like a spin cycle for people — and The Twister for those who are braver. There will be fireworks on Friday and Saturday evening.
