Free Summer concerts Sunday Nights in Stoughton MA 2013
The Stoughton Lions Club presents its 15th annual Concert in the Park Series, beginning this Sunday July 14th . All concerts are held in the Charles Large Gazebo at Faxon Veterans Memorial Park, across from Stoughton Public Library on Park Street (Rte. 27). Concerts are Sundays from 5-7 p.m. and are free to  residents.
July 14 oldies band, the Corvairs.
July 21, The Olde Kids on the Block.
July 28, Stoughton’s Roy Cohen and Steve Fradkin lead Political Asylum, which is fronted by former radio host and State Rep. Marjorie Clapprood.
Aug. 4 Â It Is What It Is,
Aug. 11 Â The Villanaires performing. That band features Ed Lopes, Jim Bevis, Jay Savoy and Ron Vieira.
Aug 18th Stoughton -based Easy Access Band is. Janie Dulong and Don Leon front the band, which performs music from the 1960s to current tunes
Make sure you bring a comfortable  lawn chair or blanket for the best viewing. Just a reminder, there are no sanitary facilities there. So go before you come.
