Day 674 Hanover Fire Department Touch a Truck 2013
The Hanover Fire Department will will hosting the 2nd annual  Family fun day and Touch a Truck event at Sylvester Field on Route 139  on Saturday October 5th 10am-3pm.  
This is a hands- on event for kid  to see, touch and explore their favorite big trucks, heavy equipment and large vehicles. Dump trucks, fire trucks, ambulances, and the like will be a part of the event. Each vehicle will be staffed with a trained operator. Lots of fun family activities will be offered.  They will learn about the vehicles and pedestrian safety around large vehicles. Touch-A-Truck provides families with a hands-on educational experience about their community.There will be other things to do besides the trucks, there will be jumpy bouncy houses, ladder candy drop, kid safe kits, and child safety seat inspections and food!   Hanover MA Fire Department Touch a truck and family fun day south shore.
Admission is $3.00 per person or $5.00Â for 2 people. This will be held in the memory of Hanover Firefighter Tom Boucher and all proceeds will go directly to the Hanover Food Pantry in his name.
