Day 745 Hug Foundation Bruins Alumni Game 2014 in Rockland MA
On  Saturday January 25th 2014 The Ice Huggers will again face off against the Boston Bruins Alumni at 3:00 PM at the Rockland Rink. The Event is sponsored and benefiting the HUG foundation of Abington.
A partial roster of Bruins Alumni include Al Iafrate, Don Awrey, Rich Brennan and Dave Shaw. Â Dan LaCouture, Rick Middleton, Tim Sweeney, Bob Sweeney, Tom Songin, Bill Bennett, John Carter and Bruce Shoebottom
Tickets are $10.00 adults and $5.00 kids 12 and under  Tickets can be purchased before the game at varions Abington locations  Old Town Real Estate, Reilly Law Firm, Martins Restaurant, Cape Cod Lumber and J P Ryans.. They will also be available at the door on game day. The game will start at 3 PM. All the HUG players also have tickets available.
The success of this event is dependent upon the fundraising efforts of the players  each required to raise $1,000 in order to participate. If you want to donate to a player click hereÂ
The HUG Foundation was created in 2011 in memory of Linda Harmon.
The HUG Foundation will be sponsoring various fundraisers and community events that will enable us to help those in need.
Help Us Give to individuals, families and groups; friends and neighbors and those we have yet to meet, whose lives have been touched by illness, accident or financial hardship.
