Day 828 Burger Showdown at The Pinehills 2014 in Plymouth MA
If you didn’t get your fill of burgers over Memorial Day Weekend fear not – The Market at The Pinehills will host its Second Annual Burger Showdown on Saturday May 31st from 12-2pm.  They will  featuring three winning burger recipes selected by Boston radio stations 105 WROR, Radio 92.9 and Country 102.5 and one additional burger creation from Chef Dane of The Market.
All winning burgers will be made from Certified Angus Beef and grilled at the Burger Showdown by The Market Team on Saturday, May 31st from Noon – 2pm. The three station burgers will be competing for a grand prize of $100 from The Market as well as a gift cards to The Market and special prizes from the radio station!
Radio station personalities Carolyn Kruse (WKLB), Lauren Beckham Falcone (WROR) and Jason Rossi (WBOS) will be in attendance at the Burger Showdown to meet fans, share some live music and eat burgers!
The Market’s Burger Showdown at The Pinehills in Plymouth will take on The Pinehills Village Green area closest to The Market.
For a $5 donation to Heroes In Transition attendees can sample four burgers along with the fixings and vote for their favorite burger. Heroes in Transition is a 5013c that recognizes those who have served or who are serving our country, especially in the Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) by providing assistance that is not readily available from other organizations including local, state and federal agencies attendees. This includes assistance with funding the training of military services dogs and pairing them with veterans in need.
