Day 934 Chicago Musical Play at Braintree High School
Braintree High School Theatre Guild will be performing the record-breaking smash hit musical, Chicago directed by Rolf I. Carlson November 6-9th . A universal tale of fame, fortune and all that jazz, Chicago will present the audience with the glitz and glamour of vaudeville. Set amidst the razzle-dazzle decadence of the 1920’s, it is the story of fame hungry Roxie Hart and Velma Kelly who compete for the best lawyer and the best vaudeville bookings. With help from Matron Mama Morton and the slickest lawyer in town, Billy Flynn, they become the city’s biggest headlines.
