Bye Bye Birdie Musical at Pembroke High School
Pembroke High School Theater group will be performing the Broadway Musical Bye Bye Birdie at the high school.  The show’s story revolves around a famous 50s era rock star  Conrad Birdie who plans one last big event before heading off to war. The story was inspired by the phenomenon of popular singer Elvis Presley and his draft notice into the Army in 1957  On Thursday, Feb. 5, Friday Feb. 6 and Saturday, Feb. 7 the play will be performed at PHS. All performances are scheduled for 7 p.m.
