People’s Choice Chili Cook Off 2015 at Kingston Collection Mall
The 10th Annual People’s Choice Chili Cook Off  will be held on Saturday April 11th  at Center Court at the Kingston Collection.  Come  sample and judge in this chili contest to benefit the Rachel Souza Scholarship Fund.
Rachel Souza, who grew up in Kingston, and her young daughter, Lillian, were murdered by her husband, Neil Entwistle, in 2006.
Between noon and 2:30 p.m. Saturday , at the Kingston Collection , chili tasters will be able to whet their appetites by sampling and then voting on their favorite for a $5 donation.
Proceeds from admission and entry fees will go directly to the Rachel Souza Memorial Scholarship Fund. This fund awards scholarship money annually to a Silver Lake student or students.
Participants include Bob Costello, two Silver Lake Regional High School entries, John Ryan Company, La Paloma Mexican Restaurant, Finna’s Tavern, In Good Taste with The Full Sail, B. Ferreira & Son Pig Roasting and Linden Ponds Continuing Care.
