Hanson Day 2015 at Camp Kiwanee

The 2nd annual Hanson Day will be held on Sunday June 7th 2015  from 1-5pm at Camp Kiwanee on Route 58  in Hanson MA.   This is a great family friendly event!!  

Activities for the 2nd annual  Hanson Day are coming together and a fun filled day is on the horizon. The Recreation Commission and Camp Kiwanee staff has been working hard to line up activities that will be fun for everyone” .   Some of the great things being sponsored are: A Monkey Bridge – Boy Scout Troop #34, Broadcasting Live – Radio Station -AMP 103, Archery Demonstration – Hanson Rod and Gun, Fingerprinting Children for Personal Identification – CERT, Line Dancing, Karate Demonstration – American Kempo Karate, Yoga Demonstrations, Music’nMotion- DJ Steve,  Plymouth County 4-H and Eco-Explores Science Club Balloonist, Bounce House – Courtesy of Country Rental, and so much more.

Plymouth  4H  Eco Explorers  Science Experiments to play and Explore!! There will be tornado tubes, mystery gooey slime, some other fun hands on activities for the kids

Food will be available at the event. Boy Scout Troop #1 – Hamburg and hotdogs, Camp Fire USA – S’mores, and wrap sandwiches by the Hanson Kiwanis Club,  Bake Sale by Green Hanson, and Hanson Recreation Commission – Coffee

**No Parking at Camp Kiwanee- guests must park their vehicles at the Maquan or Indian Head School Parking Lot and take the FREE shuttle to the event***
