Hingham Downtown Christmas in the Square 2016
The Hingham Downtown Association keeps Hingham’s holiday traditions alive with the 35th annual Christmas in the Square on Friday December 2nd evening and on Saturday December 3rd. 
Come celebrate the joys of the season with us!
Bring family and friends to the Square for traditional holiday merriment – music, crafts for kids, caroling in the street, horse-drawn hayrides & more. Friday night Santa arrives along with live music and the Festival of Trees. Continue the festivities on Saturday With a day of shopping in downtown Hingham Square with tons of kids activities, horse-drawn hayrides, music, and more. Hope to see you there!
Boston’s Christmas radio station, Magic 106.7 is including Christmas in the Square on its holiday tour. Magic 106.7 will be in Hingham on Dec. 3rd, from 12 to 6 p.m. for music, fun, giveaways and games.
Festively decorated shops, a visit from Santa, Festival of Trees, music, dancing, a winter wonderland of white lights, hayrides, and an overriding spirit of goodwill are just a few of the features that will draw happy crowds to the cherished holiday tradition Christmas in the Square. The annual festivities are sponsored by the Hingham Downtown Association, working with residents, other civic groups, and area businesses in the true spirit of community.
The 2016 Festival of Trees will be on Friday, December 2nd from 5 pm to 9 pm and Saturday, December 3rd from 10 am to 2 pm at the Hingham Community Center on South Street.
