Plymouth Herring Run Celebration 2018
The annual Plymouth Herring run celebration will be held on Sunday April 21st 10-3pm at the Plimouth Grist Mill.
Watch the herring make their annual migration up Town Brook to spawn and help scientists collect data! Join us at the Plimoth Grist Mill for a day of guided walks, environmental activities, a Wampanoag fishing demonstration, and lots more fun!
This is a free outdoor program presented in collaboration with the Town of Plymouth, the Plymouth Network of Open Space Friends, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries, and World Fish Migration Day.
Admission to the Plimoth Grist Mill is separate – but free on April 21 for Plymouth, MA residents with ID!
