Mass Audubon Free Family Fun at Duxbury Beach Summer 2018

Sharing is caring!

Thanks to support from the Duxbury Beach Reservation, Inc., Mass Audubon will be offering free programs on Tuesday, Thursdays and Saturdays in July and August from 9:30-11 am every week.  Some programs require pre-registration but many are drop-in

Programs on Tuesdays and Thursdays are geared toward adults (not exclusively). Programs on Saturdays are designed for all ages, including the little ones.

Explore a variety of subjects—from salt marsh ecology to barrier beaches, migrating and nesting shorebirds, lighthouses, seaweeds, the science of flight, horseshoe crabs, and everything in between. We are committed to hands-on learning with lots of opportunities to build bathoscopes, participate in data collection, and dabble in detective work as we fully immerse ourselves in all things wild.

Location
All programs meet in the lot on the ocean side of the Powder Point Bridge. Tell the harbormaster you are attending the Mass Audubon program. Non-residents are permitted to use the lot while attending the program.
