Scituate Polar Express Train Ride December 2019

The 12h  Annual Scituate North Pole Express  will be held on  Sunday, November 17th 2019   for 4 train rides.      Tickets go on sale October 1st . You will want to get tickets quick as this sells out early.

On Sunday, November 17th , the spirit of the holiday will descend upon the quaint village of Scituate, Massachusetts as children embark on a magical train ride to the North Pole. This 60-90 minute train ride departing from the Greenbush Commuter Rail Station (247 Old Driftway) to the North Pole will delight children and adults alike. Children will be entertained with the reading of this classic story of “The Polar Express”, have milk and cookies, sing Christmas carols, and be visited by Santa’s Elves, Frosty, Rudolph, and the big man in red, Santa, and Mrs. Claus. Children are encouraged to wear their pajamas to get into the spirit of the event. Each child will receive a special “first gift of Christmas” from Santa.

There are 4 train rides scheduled for Sunday, November 17th  departing at

There is a choice for a car on the 11:55AM train for families of children with special needs with the same exact experience and activities as every other car but within a relaxed and accepting setting if that is what you would prefer. This designated car will appear as a choice on the ticket page.

Tickets are $33 each ($32 per person plus a $1 mandatory MBTA parking fee per ticket). Tickets are required for adults and children 2 years and older; children 1 year of age and under ride free on the lap of an adult.

 

The Scituate North Pole Express is brought to you by local non-profits: the C.O.R.S.E. Foundation (Community of Resources for Special Education) with support from Scituate Appalachian Service Project and Friends of Scituate FACTS . Proceeds from the event go directly to these two volunteer non-profit organizations. PLEASE consider a donation when purchasing tickets.
