Taunton Summer Festival & Fireworks 2021

The City of Taunton will be hosting Summer Festival on Friday August 27th  at Hopewell Park with music, fireworks and food trucks

The Summer Celebration will feature a K9 demonstration, obstacle course, sack races, and Giant Jenga and Giant Chess. Abilities Rec will be performing Drums Alive, a synchronized brain and body drum performance.
There will also be many tables filled with activities for children set up by the Family Resource Center, Boys and Girls Club, Triumph, TRUE Diversity, Girls Inc., Taunton Diversity Network, Associate for Human Services, Taunton Public Library, WIC, and Taunton Boys Scouts.
Live entertainment will be brought to you by GQ and The Lady starting at 6pm, followed by fireworks around 8:30pm.
A food truck pavilion will be set up, along with other options for food, but feel free to bring your own food!
A free shuttle service, provided by GATRA, will be available throughout the event. The shuttle service will pick up at the Pleasant Street lot (next to the Taunton Public Library) and at Court Street with drop-off at Hopewell Park. The first shuttle leaves at 4:45 P.M.
