National Night Out South Shore MA 2026

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods a safer, better place to live during the August . Together, we are making that happen.

We have several South Shore Communities doing fun National Night outs during August.

Tuesday August 4th

Quincy Police department 5pm

Tuesday, August 4th | 5–8 PM

Join us for this free community event that brings neighbors and local law enforcement together to build stronger, safer neighborhoods.
What’s waiting for you:
• Bounce houses
• Touch-a-Truck
• Free ice cream
• Snacks donated by Target
Representatives from ADT, @mass_ago and the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office will also be on hand to share helpful information and resources.
Come hang out, meet your neighbors, and help make our city a better place! See you there!

Scituate Police Department

Please join us for our National Night Out event next Tuesday, August 4th from 5-7pm in Cole Parkway! The event will feature fun on land and on the water.

Included will be a Touch a Truck event, K9’s, Comfort Dogs, Kid Activities & Fingerprinting, Food Trucks, Live Music, Drone Demos, Boat Displays, Games, Dive Demos and even a Movie!

Officers will be handing out “tickets” during the event to a complimentary showing of Zootopia beginning at 7pm at the Reel Movie theater.

We hope you will come down and join in on the fun Tuesday night

Randolph national Night out 500pm

Tuesday, August 4th, 2026, is National Night Out! We cannot wait to see all of you at Belcher Park! The event will run from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

There will be plenty of activities for families, food, bounce houses, K9 demonstrations, a DJ, and time permitting, a helicopter flyover! We will also have quite a few tables set up with local vendors and groups

Thursday August 6th

Carver Police Department National Night out 5pm

Carver Night Out is back on Thursday, August 6, 2026 — and it’s going to be legendary!
Join us for a night where the community meets the heroes who serve it — featuring:
Carver EMS and Carver Fire Department plus:
• The Massachusetts State Police Air Wing (yes, there will be a helicopter!)
• The Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department
• And much more
There will be demos, displays, and plenty of chances to meet the men, women (and dogs!) who keep our town safe. Perfect for families, kids, and anyone who’s ever said, “I wonder what it’s like to sit in a cruiser.”
Come for the sirens, stay for the smiles!

Tuesday August 11th

Kingston Police Department National Night out 430pm

Join the Kingston community for National Night Out 2026 on Tuesday, August 11, from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM for an evening of family fun, community connections, and public safety awareness. This free community event gives families the chance to meet local police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, and other first responders while enjoying interactive activities for all ages. Highlights include first responder vehicles, K-9 demonstrations, pony rides, face painting, a bouncy house, and free food. National Night Out is a nationwide event that strengthens the relationship between law enforcement and the communities they serve, making it a perfect summer outing for families in Kingston and the South Shore.
