Get ready to dance through the decades in Quincy! 🕺💃 The City of Quincy 70s, 80s & 90s Dance Party is bringing an afternoon of throwback music, dancing, and summer fun to Hancock-Adams Common on Saturday, August 15, 2026.

Hosted by Mayor Tom Koch and the City of Quincy, this FREE outdoor event is the perfect way to spend a summer Saturday with family and friends. Grab your dancing shoes, break out your favorite retro outfit, and get ready for an afternoon packed with classic 70s, 80s and 90s music in the heart of downtown Quincy.

🎷 1:00 PM – 2:15 PM | BC & Company
Enjoy an energetic mix of jazz, swing, Motown and rock from this talented ensemble band.

🎸 2:45 PM – 4:00 PM | Fast Times
Get ready for classic favorites spanning dance, hip hop and hair metal. This is your chance to sing along and hit the dance floor!

🎤 4:45 PM – 6:15 PM | The Legendary Bluenotes
Known historically as Harold and the Bluenotes, this legendary Philadelphia soul and R&B vocal group will close out the celebration. The group is known for major 1970s hits including “If You Don’t Know Me By Now,” “The Love I Lost” and “Wake Up Everybody.”
