Yoga for Kids! at Canton Library 1030am Come experience an interactive yoga class with yoga postures/games and develop body awareness, improved coordination/flexibility, balance and mindfulness. In addition, come learn breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Please bring a yoga mat (supplies limited) and a water bottle.
