Tosca Restaurant is located on picturesque Hingham Harbor in Hingham, MA specializing in Italian food, Tosca focuses on infusing fresh New England flavors and local, seasonal ingredients into all of its offerings. The name “Tosca†itself comes from the famous Puccini Italian opera of the same name. The opera beautifully illustrates the northern Italian culture and heritage and evokes a strong rustic Italian feeling and image in all who view it. Tosca, with its visionary design, evokes those feeling, morphing diners from the warehouse in which it stands to a Tuscan farmhouse with a true manorial aura.
The dinning area has the exposed beams, nice ambient lighting, both of which make for a nice intimate atmosphere.  You can see the brick ovens in the kitchen which further add to the ambiance. The dinner  menu includes butternut squash lunes half moon shaped raviolis, brown butter, sage, crushed amaretti as well as  Wild Boar Bolognese smoked boar shoulder, zucchini ribbons, juniper over hand cut ziti.  They also have a Friday and Saturday night Steakhouse nights which include some several courses. Your stomach may be filled but you will need to try their desert menu which the Tosca Candy Bar
