Solstice Restaurant is located in a renovated turn of the century train station in the heart of Kingston MA. They  serve “Creative American Cusine” which means they  can cook anything they  want, from any region in the world, without fear. The ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible and they are  constantly on the lookout for new ideas.
They have a passion for pure flavor, quality ingredients, and for creating an atmosphere that is convivial, approachable, and a haven for people that simply love food.  The dining room decor is very warm and inviting with the exposed brick walls of this converted train station creating a sort of retro, upscale feel. The ambiance is perfect for a romantic  date night  or even an after work hours business meal.  Solstice isn’t a kids restaurant.
Start your meal off with the . baked oysters appetizer or the pork buns. Some of the favorite enterees include Pan Roasted Local Cod  which is  house cured chorizo, littleneck clams, soffrito, wilted spinach, fried bread or Grilled Black Angus New York Sirloin   potato puree, grilled asparagus, vidalia onion rings, red wine sauce. They also have nightly specials.End your meal with one of their desert options Warm molten chocolate cake, banana cream pie.
Solstice has private dining room for your holiday parties, bridal and baby showers. Comfortably seating up to 35 guests, Solstice can provide you and your guests the Solstice experience in a completely private setting. If you choose, a custom menu can be designed to ensure your event is exactly what you want and stress-free.
