We’re happy to share that the Zoo will be reopening to the general public on June 4! Zoo Members: check your inboxes for an email with information on Member Appreciation Days, taking place May 28 – June 3.

Please note that to ensure the safety of our guests, staff, and animals, your Zoo visit is going to look different than it has before. For the health and safety of all, the following must be observed and noted when visiting:

-Wear a face covering in compliance with Massachusetts Department of Public Health Guidelines. Children under age two are not required to wear a face covering.

-Ticketing: all guests, including members, are required to purchase or reserve tickets online for a specific day and time prior to visiting us in order to manage capacity within the Zoo and minimize contact at the entrance. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on June 1.

-Adhering to public guidance at this time, indoor exhibits as well as playgrounds and play structures will be closed, but you’ll be able to embark on an “Outdoor Safari Walk” – a one-way trail through many of the Zoo’s outdoor exhibits.
