Birthday Parties at Studio143 are fun and unique. You can choose between a Zumba®, Yoga or Aerial Yoga party! And kids don’t have to have ALL the fun—we also offer Zumba®, yoga and aerial yoga parties for adults!
Zumba® parties include use of props such as tambourines and belly dancing skirts.
Yoga parties include the use of props such as mats, blocks, and balls.

Children and adults love Zoga. Created by Cindia Norton as an after school program, Zoga is a combination of Zumba® and Yoga. Get fueled up and energized with Zumba then relax, stretch and wind down with Yoga.
Parties include 90 minutes at the studio, approximately 45 minutes for the special party class, followed by an additional 45 minutes for cake and gifts. We will set up, run the party and clean up so that you can enjoy yourself. Parents supply food/cake, drinks and paper goods .

Our parties are 1 ½ hours in length, led by our professional dance instructors. The instructors will lead children in a fun dance warm up and routine that matches your theme. Games such as freeze dance, hula hoop contest and limbo will be played. Before all the fun ends, your party will have time to light some candles, sing Happy Birthday, enjoy the refreshments and open presents.

What do I need to bring?
Guests will need to bring a cake or cupcakes, a knife to cut the cake and drinks (cups will not be provided, so individually packaged drinks are strongly recommended), candles and a lighter to light the candles. Parents can bring additional decorations, such as balloons.
The Studio will provide:
Plates, utensils, napkins, table cloths and basic decorations. The party room will be set with tables and chairs. The birthday girl or boy will receive their own Studio T-Shirt.
