February School vacation  2021   is fast approaching.  Maybe more Home fun and memories!!  Here are some events and activities that will keep the kids busy on the South Shore Check back as additional activities will be added as we learn about them!   If you know of an event  let us know.     Before venturing out to any location double check as Covid restrictions may have changed. We do our best to keep up to date but things are changing so fast.

Battleship Cove  Fall River 

Battleship Cove is open all February Vacation week (13-21 Feb) and KIDS 12 AND UNDER GET IN FREE! Come and explore the world’s largest collection of historic naval ships!

The Hall at Patriot Place (Foxboro)

The Patriots Hall of Fame presented by Raytheon Technologies is planning to be open to the public during February school vacation week. The Hall will be open 10 AM to 5 PM beginning Friday, February 12 through Sunday, February 21.

Book your 2-hour block of time to go tubing at Nashoba Valley Tubing Park! The 15 minute window you select is the time that you will arrive to pickup your 2 hour tubing ticket and then your tubing experience will begin.
Butternut is well-known for our snow tubing park! People from MA as well as CT and NY come to enjoy the fantastic conditions. We are proud to be regarded as one of the top places for tubing in all of New England. The Tubing Center is located on the far-left side of our main parking lot with its own ticketing building. We now offer hundreds of tubes, up to 11 tubing lanes and a Magic Carpet Lift that makes getting back to the top of the Tubing hill easy. 100% snow-making coverage ensures there is snow when you may not have it in your backyard. Tubing is a fun alternative to skiing & riding.

TUBING TICKET SALES HAVE A DAILY MAXIMUM LIMIT AND ARE AVAILABLE FOR PRE-PURCHASE ONLINE ONLY.
Tubing ticket reservations are required for the 20/21 Season to guarantee a reserved spot at the tubing center each day. Please have your printed or digital reservation barcode available to scan upon arrival to the ticket window to help us maintain a quick and efficient transaction.

Tubing Tickets are be available for purchase online and are sold for specific 2-hour time slots. Tickets are be limited per session so please be sure to plan ahead and purchase in advance. Tubing Ticket are redeemed at the Tubing Center and we recommend arriving at least 5-10 minutes before your session begins to ensure that you are able to have your full 2-hours. You will not be able to tube past your end time.

Museum of Science  Opened for February Vacation week A timed ticket is required. Purchase online anytime or call 617-723-2500 daily, 9:00 am — 5:00 pm. You’ll then receive a confirmation email including your QR code to be scanned at the Exhibit Halls entrance for contactless admission.Capacity is limited, so it’s strongly recommended that you reserve your tickets in advance.

Hours during Massachusetts School Vacation Week, February 13–21:
Monday–Thursday: 9 am–6 pm
Friday: 10 am–8 pm
Saturday–Sunday: 9 am–6 pm
