Today’s theme is water & rain, with a special appearance by Miss Hillary of Braintree’s Stormwater Division. Storytime with picture books, songs and a craft. Held at 10:00 am and 11:00 am. Movement & Mindfulness – Requires Registration at Cohasset Library 1030am Please register each attendee including caregiver Learn to connect mind and body through storytelling, breathwork and games in this Movement and Mindfulness series designed for young children and their families. In this weekly program, we will read stories, stretch and move our bodies through play, as well as learn to breathe deeply, all in an effort to establish connection with others and peace within. Ages 4 and under with caregiver.

Best for mobile toddlers, Wiggleworms features songs, rhymes, and a story or two to keep little ones engaged. Braintree Library Family Yoga for Little Ones 10:15am Join experienced yoga instructor Jennifer Lyn to stretch and breath deep. Jennifer returns with session of mindfulness, relaxation, games and simple yoga poses for kids. This class will be fun and engaging for kids 1-5 years old. Siblings are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, towel or use a library carpet square. Registration is encouraged, please register separately for each week you would like to attend. The registration form is below.
