Miss Christine of Little Bee Yoga returns once a month on Mondays from 1:30 – 2:15 for our little yogis ages 3-5 and their caregivers. Participants need to bring a yoga mat or a towel and wear comfy clothing. This is a drop in program- no registration necessary. Namaste

Mini Golf Through the Abington Library! 4pm
Have you ever imagined what a mini golf course throughout the entire library would look like?! On Wednesday, August 13th, the APL will be transformed into a huge mini golf course for patrons of all ages to play. Our friends from One-Up Games will be here to set up an elaborate 18-hole course and provide all materials for friends and family to come and enjoy! This is a drop-in event; registration is not required. Funds for this program have been provided by the Abington Gift Account in memory of Michael Conley.

Puppet Tales with Leigh @W Ages 3+ 10am at Wollaston Library Quincy Join us at the Wollaston Library where Through Me To You Puppetry invites you to join Newton and his puppet friends for some storytime fun! Newton and his friends take turns reading stories and singing songs with the kids. At the end of the show, the kids are invited to say “hi” to Newton. Our half-hour show is geared to ages 3-7, but all are welcome!

Norwell Library The Poop Museum: Part 2 – Even More Poo! 11am If you loved The Poop Museum: Part One, get ready to be blown away by Part Two! As the name promises, this round features even more poo—and even more fascinating butts. Visitors will discover the wild wonders of the animal kingdom, like the creature whose poop looks just like a noodle, another whose poop is somehow nicer than its food, and one that only sometimes has a butt. You’ll also meet the animal that produces poop syrup, and the one that unleashes a jaw-dropping 45 gallons of pink poop every time it goes. It’s weird, it’s wonderful, and it’s waiting for you!

Hanson Library Summer Reading Finale: Carnival Celebration (Ages 0-12) 10am & 12pm for 13 plus
Wrap up a fantastic summer of reading and fun events with a Carnival Celebration at the library! Shoot your shot and bounce around in a sports arena moonwalk, try your luck with an inflatable skee ball game, and grab a snow cone and some freshly popped popcorn!We’ll also be holding the grand prize drawings, and participants who tracked their reading online will receive their coupon for a free ice cream scoop from Heidi’s Hollow, courtesy of the Hanson Public Library Foundation.
