ABC Storytime  North Quincy Library  for ages 3-5
10:00—10:45 AM  In this storytime series for preschoolers we will explore a different letter of the alphabet each time we meet. We’ll read stories, sing songs and play games all centered around the letter of the day, including our favorite game: Mystery Bag!  Repeats weekly thru 5/6 except for Monday Holidays

Toddler Storytime at Pembroke Library 1030am repeats weekly   

Rockland Library Tots & Tunes  1030am  Please join us for stories, songs, flannelboard stories and stamps!  This program is geared for babies and toddlers ages 0-3. Older children and siblings are welcome!  repeats weekly thru May 20th except for  Monday holidays.

Braintree Library  Storytime AT South Shore Plaza 1030am 
“First Mondays at the Mall” Storytime will be held AT the South Shore Plaza, on the first Monday of the month, through April or longer. The Plaza is at 250 Granite Street, and we’ll be in the Food Court Area on the 2nd Level .Children’s Librarian Miss Elisabeth will engage the children with picture books, songs and movement activities. A take-home craft will be available. Best for ages 2 1/2-4, but open to all children. A good place to park is at The Cheesecake Factory, at the front of the mall. No sign-up needed

Abington Library  1030am  Toddler time is continuing on Monday morning! Join Miss Sandy (or Miss Heidi or Mrs. Grimmett) on Monday morning at 10:30 AM for a few short stories, songs, puppet visits, egg shaking, and scarf waving. Toddler Time is a 20 minute program that is geared towards children ages newborn – 3. Monday Morning Toddler Time is drop in, no pre-registration required, with a cap of 15 and will be held in the Copeland Room. Please sign in in the Children’s Room when you arrive.  Toddler Times are funded by the Friends of the Library.     happens Monday thru June 27th  no Monday holidays

Cohasset Library  Lego Club   4pm Join us for an hour of building with LEGO®s. Completed projects will be put on display in the Children’s Room. All ages and communities welcome.  Repeats Monday except for school vacation weeks thru May 20th

Bedtime Story Hour at Abington Library 630pm
Bedtime Story Hour continues this winter and spring at the library! Kids ages 4 and up, who are able to separate from their parent/caregiver are invited to wear their coziest PJs, bring a stuffed animal friend, and join Miss Amy every Monday night at 6:30 PM. Bedtime Story Hour is thirty minutes of longer stories, songs, rhymes, and the chance to “Go Bananas!” Our Story Hour programs are funded by the Friends of the Library  happens Monday thru June 27th  no Monday holidays

Toddler Storytime  Adams Shore Quincy Library  for ages 2-3
Join Miss Lori for Toddler Storytime at Adams Shore! This program for two- and three-year-olds and their caregivers introduces simple stories and concepts to young children. Songs, rhymes, fingerplays, and felt board activities will be used to reinforce concepts.  Repeats thru 4/30 except for vacation week.

Wiggleworms Storytime at Ames Free Library Easton 1030am 
Awestruck toddler, eyes filled with wonder, with wings and an inchworm on her shoulder.
Best for mobile toddlers, Wiggleworms features songs, rhymes, and a story or two to keep little ones engaged. This program meets every Tuesday at 10:30am with Miss Alyisha in the Children’s Room and runs for about 30 minutes. No registration is required and all families are welcome!  Repeats weekly except for school vacation weeks thru the end of May

Preschool Playgroup at Abington Library 115am 
Are you ready to have some fun? Children ages 3-5 and their caregivers are welcome to join Miss Heidi for 45 minutes of free play, stories, songs and activities. (Siblings are welcome.) This is a registered 5-week session, but you are welcome to call and see about space availablity if you are not registered.  runs thru May 7th except for vacation week in April

Grab this toddler busy book! It covers 16 themes, including numbers, alphabet, food & drink, fruits, animals, colors, shapes and more. Each themes can enrich the child’s knowledge base

Make a Solar Eclipse Viewer at Braintree Library 4pm
Make your own safe Solar Eclipse Viewer to use on Monday April 8. For adults, families, teens, children. Stop in to make your viewer anytime between 4 and 5 pm. Supplies provided. Held in Logan Auditorium. No registration needed. A second session to make viewers will be held Saturday April 6, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. In Massachusetts, the eclipse is expected to be seen Monday April 8 starting at 2:16. Peak coverage will be 93%, at 3:30. It will end at 4:39.  Safety note: The eclipse should only be viewed with solar eclipse glasses or a home-made Eclipse Viewer.

Braintree Library Family Yoga for Little Ones 10:15am Join experienced yoga instructor Jennifer Lyn to stretch and breath deep. Jennifer returns with session of mindfulness, relaxation, games and simple yoga poses for kids. This class will be fun and engaging for kids 1-5 years old. Siblings are welcome.  Please bring a yoga mat, towel or use a library carpet square. Registration is encouraged, please register separately for each week you would like to attend. This program, as are all programs at the library, is free.  Instructor Jennifer Lyn is the owner of Nutured Roots LLC and is an experienced Wellness Coach, Yoga and Mindfulness Instructor. repeats weekly thru May 22nd except for April vacation week.   Program made possible by the use of State Aid Funds  Non Braintree residents allowed.

Babytime storytime at Easton Public Library 1030am 
Best for infants and prewalkers, Babytime is storytime for littles – and their grownups! This session is full of songs, rhymes, and lap games – and maybe a short book – to fire up those babies’ brains. Babytime meets every Wednesday at 10:30 AM with Miss Hannah in the Children’s Room and runs for about 20 minutes. Siblings are welcome and are encouraged to bring their own “baby” doll or stuffed animal. Join Jennifer Lynn for this Baby & Me Movement and Mindfulness class. Jennifer offers a warm and supportive environment for parents and caregiver to connect with their infants, as well as with other adults in their community, through gentle movement, song and discussion.  Class is for newborn babies to pre-crawling and their parent/caregiver.  Registration is encouraged, please register for each week you would like to attend. Class is free and baby does not need to be a Braintree resident to attend.  Presented by Jennifer Lynn, owner of Nutured Roots, LLC.
