This program meets every Tuesday at 10:30am with Miss Alyisha in the Children’s Room and runs for about 30 minutes. No registration is required and all families are welcome! Movement & Mindfulness – Requires Registration at cohasset Library 1030am Learn to connect mind and body through storytelling, breathwork and games in this Movement and Mindfulness series designed for young children and their families. In this weekly program, we will read stories, stretch and move our bodies through play, as well as learn to breathe deeply, all in an effort to establish connection with others and peace within.
